What’s more, the show is being promoted to BBC2.
The BBC3 premiere of the freshman sketch show from the two Gavin & Stacey stars received the highest rating for any BBC3 comedy launch. Now, if the promotion to BBC2 holds true, the series will also be the quickest graduate of the digital network.
Much maligned by critics, Horne & Corden supporters claim the show will continue to hold on to it’s core demographic. And, according to the Star,
A source close to the pair said: “The BBC see them as long-term favourites and really believe in James and Mat. “Obviously they saw the reviews but the thought is they will come good throughout the series and people will want more – definitely.”
You can watch the first series Tuesdays at 10:30 on BBC3 or on the Horne & Corden website via BBC iPlayer.
We’ll post corroborating news as it breaks.

Thats utter bollocks, they are merely trying to recoup on their investment, there was a huge amount of wasted money on this. Even if it does go through there is only so much a one trick pony can do.Good luck. Heres the shovel.
)))
Horne and Corden are amazing, I can’t wait to see series 2.
Please could someone tell me where i can get ticekts to see series two being filmed.
I would love to see or even better meet them both!!
Hi Louise,
I don’t think we know when series 2 is being filmed yet. I’ll post once we hear more. James + Mat are both wrapping on Gavin & Stacey series 3 right now. My guess is that they won’t start Horne & Corden S2 until later this year.
I have never ever been so excited about a new season of a show starting as I am about Horne and Corden and Gavin and Stacey coming back on!!
It is my dream to meet James Corden – I love him to bits!!
)
Anyone know the best place to go to get a glimpse of him?
